purchased the plant and machinery assets of Scott Brass in Mishawaka and New Carlisle, Indiana. The New Carlisle facility operated melting and casting operations while the
Mishawaka facility provided rolling, slitting, traverse winding and related operations. The Cranston, Rhode Island facility was not included in the purchase. "Scott Brass was a
leading player in the brass sheet industry and we are very excited about this purchase," said Larry R. Epstein, President, National Machinery Exchange, Inc. The facilities will
remain intact to be offered as a going concern or for complete sale and removal. National Machinery Exchange, Inc. plans to offer the Scott Brass facilities domestically and

December 15, 2006 - National Machinery Exchange Awarded Two Wolverine Tube, Inc. Plant Liquidations
Newark, NJ - December 15th, 2006 - National Machinery Exchange, Inc. (www.NationalMachy.com) the leader in secondhand metalworking
equipment since 1934 will be liquidating two production facilities for Wolverine Tube. National Machinery Exchange will be liquidating
the Montreal, Canada copper rod and tube plant as well as the Jackson, Tennessee ACR copper tube plant for Wolverine Tube. Both
liquidations will be conducted simultaneously. The following equipment is currently located in the Montreal facility: two extrusion
presses for rod and tube, late model casting equipment, finishing mill equipment, machine shop equipment and plant support equipment.
The Jackson facility contains: four Mori Machinery ACR copper tube mills, Junker furnace, Level-wind equipment and plant support
equipment. "National Machinery Exchange, Inc. is looking forward to working with Wolverine Tube and managing the sale of this equipment
